My home is 20 minutes from Exit 8 on 91.

Here are the directions from Exit 8 on 91:

GO 7 miles west on Rt 131 to the flashing red light at Downer’s Corner.
Make a RIGHT TURN onto Rt 106 and go 7 miles
Make a LEFT TURN onto Baileys Mills Road-The Hammonsville Tavern is on the left-hand corner.

Go 1.1 miles, the road splits, GO RIGHT. Look up ahead for a Big Red House, that is VFA, on the right.

At the next, very close corner is Whitmore Road.

TURN RIGHT and park by the garage. That Big Red old Schoolhouse on the corner is my place. 843 Whitmore Road.

Or, From 89:

Take Exit 1 to Woodstock, in 11 miles
GO around the Woodstock Green and go 11 miles south on Route 106
Make a RIGHT on Baileys Mills road at The Hammonsville Tavern and follow the directions above ????

Directions (on almost all pavement) from Ludlow:

Continue on Route 100 out of town, turning right at the light when Route 103 continues straight.

Go to The Echo Lake Inn and turn right. Go on “forever” until it dead-ends into Route 106. Turn left, go about 4 miles, turn left onto Baileys Mills Road at The Hammonsville Tavern. Go 1 mile on dirt to the split, bear right, at the next corner, a few hundred feet, turn right onto Whitmore Road. I am on the corner of Baileys Mills and Whitmore Roads.

If you are early, please make yourself at home in the gardens, visit the llamas and watch the birds.
